Bean Burgers
Our bean burger patties are made with black-eyed-peas,
using an ancient recipe from West Africa. First we soak the
peas and grind them into a paste. Next we season the paste
and form it into patty shapes. These are then baked or fried.
We serve our beans patties on whole wheat bread. For a personal
touch you can dress it up with ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mustard, etc.

Plantains
Plantains are similar to Bananas but they have to be cooked before consumption. We take plantains at various stages of ripening, peel them and cut them into "fries/chips" and either fry, bake or roast them. That's it! We don't add anything else to our plantains to produce the delicious and healthy food. You can choose how sweet you want them - just let us know. We serve our plantains with our bean burgers but we can also serve them with stew, ketchup, mustard, baked beans, peanuts, palm oil, fried eggs, rice or any dip.

Moin-Moin
These little puffed bean muffins or pies are delicious
and served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We add a
touch of cooking oil to our bean patties which we then
steam. We like to serve our Moin-Moin with pap
(fermented corn meal) or Oat meal during breakfast
and with rice or garri for lunch or dinner.
